• Background: A couple with limited time to prepare for their wedding reached out to us at the last stage of their wedding planning. With busy schedules and a tight timeline, they needed an expert team to take complete charge of their wedding styling.

• Event: A multi-function wedding celebration, including the Sangeet, Anand Karaj (wedding ceremony), and Reception.

The Challenge

When Chetna and Varun approached us, the biggest challenge was time. They hired Styl Inc. very late into the process, which meant every decision had to be made quickly but without compromising on quality.

• Styling Needs:
  Chetna required three distinct looks for her Sangeet, Wedding (Anand Karaj), and Reception. Each look had to reflect her personality, enhance her body type, and align with the theme of the event. Varun needed a sharp, coordinated wedding look that complemented Chetna’s bridal outfit.

• Time Constraints:
  The couple was shopping virtually with us, as they were not in the city. They were only arriving just before the wedding, leaving us with two days for trials, fittings, and jewelry selection. This meant that every outfit, accessory, and alteration had to be meticulously planned in advance.

• Personal Preferences:
  Chetna had a clear vision—she wanted something bright and vibrant for her Sangeet, something pastel and modest yet elegant for her wedding, and a bold, glittering look for her reception. Varun wanted a regal yet subtle sherwani that would pair beautifully with Chetna’s bridal attire.

The Solution

Ultimately, she fell in love with a peach and maroon lehenga from Angad Singh. The maroon blouse and lehenga paired with a peach dupatta created a harmonious contrast—embellished with intricate embroidery, it was elegant and ideal for the serene Anand Karaj setting.

  3. Reception: For her final look, we selected a wine-colored gown from Miku Kumar. This statement outfit added glamour and sophistication, allowing her to shine during the celebration.

• Outfit Selection for Varun:
  To complement Chetna’s bridal lehenga, we styled Varun in an ivory sherwani with a peach pagdi and stole from Laugani’s. The subtle elegance of his look matched perfectly with Chetna’s pastel-toned lehenga, ensuring they looked coordinated as a couple.

• Accessories & Jewelry:
  Jewelry played a key role in completing Chetna’s ensembles. We styled her in timeless pieces from Shilpi Goyal, choosing versatile designs that could be restyled and worn in the future. From bold necklaces to delicate earrings, each piece was chosen to enhance her outfits without overpowering them.

Execution was the most crucial phase due to the short window available.

• Fittings and Adjustments:
  Since Chetna and Varun arrived just before the wedding, we dedicated Day 1 exclusively for outfit fittings. To minimize stress, we had already conducted quality checks on all outfits to ensure customizations and embroidery were aligned with what was decided. This allowed us to avoid last-minute surprises.

• Jewelry Trials and Finalization:
  On Day 2, we focused on jewelry trials. This allowed us to pair each outfit with the perfect accessories. Chetna was able to see her complete looks, from head to toe, ensuring she felt confident for each function.

• Designer Coordination:
  We worked closely with designers like Jigar Mali, Angad Singh, Miku Kumar, and Shilpi Goyal. Each designer was briefed about the couple’s requirements, ensuring every garment fell gracefully and was tailored perfectly for the occasion. For example, during the wedding, we even discussed with Angad Singh how Chetna’s lehenga should fall while seated during the Anand Karaj, making sure it looked flawless from every angle.

• Final Presentation:
  By the end of the two trial days, Chetna and Varun had a complete, coordinated wedding wardrobe. Every outfit was ready, every accessory matched, and both bride and groom felt comfortable and excited.
