Personally, I believe Sleeping is a cure for headaches and stress. Sleep like a panda, don’t go to bed with thoughts of your wedding. Take a hot shower, listen to good music, or read something (not wedding stuff) just do what makes you happy. Usually, brides take a lot of stress about their pre-wedding and never get enough sleep and it gives them more stress. Acne, moreover dark circles. Just be carefree.
Be Energetic and ActiveÂ
Being active and energetic will keep you occupied plus you should exercise as it’s good for mind and body. burning calories helps you to be calm and strong. Even yoga will keep you stress-free and more in a happy state of mind. Or you can daily go running, join a gym, go to the beach. just do whatever gets your blood circulation boosted.Â
Talk to Your Close Ones
If you’re full of thoughts, confusion, questions, and stuff. Just don’t keep it to yourself. Talk to your friends, family, close ones, or just someone who would listen. Keeping things to yourself will never make things easy. It will only add fuel to your stress and anxiety, don’t bottle things up, just talk to anyone who would listen because sometimes pouring your thoughts out makes difference.
Take a Break More OftenÂ
Being on break for while keeps you relaxed and calm. Go for a movie date with your friends or family or go for walk after dinner. Just don’t always go around thinking and planning about the wedding. Enjoy your bachelorhood days. Enjoy things which you love most like. go for shopping. call your friends for a night stay or go for a night out with your friends.Â
