 2. Expert advice to dress your body type.

It’s important to understand a few things before jumping to the specifics.

  • Balance:

Your body shape isn’t based on your weight, it’s based on your bone structure. Use your clothes to create a balance between your upper and lower body.

  • Attention:

Use colours and lines to create focus on where you want it to be. Bright colours will always draw more attention than neutrals, so will prints and patterns more than solids.

 3. Do’s for triangle body shape

  • Highlight your upper body:

If you have a triangle body shape, then it’s always advisable to highlight your shoulders and bust.

  • Voluminous tops: Go for tops that already have enough volume in their structure to help you add more to your body.
  • Layering your top: You always also layer your tops with the help of an additional jacket or blazer to create more volume in your upper body.
  • Opt for these necklines for a triangle body shape: Necklines such as boat neck, cowl neck and square shapes will help you highlight your upper body.

    4. Don’ts for triangle body shape

  • Skinny jeans and lowers:

Contrary to its name a skinny jeans doesn’t make you look skinny, it adds volume to a triangle body type.

  • Bright Coloured lowers:

colours always draw eyes towards them, it’s advisable to wear them on your upper body.

  • Low waist lowers are not for triangle body:

Low waist lowers always draw attention out from the real waistline. As a triangular body shape, one should always highlight their defined waistline.
